Terms of Service

I have the right to reject any commission for any reason.

Prices may change based on demand.

1. Payment

I accept payments in euros and I can be paid through PayPal or any Portuguese payment service such as MbWay or bank transfer.

Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after the piece is finished.

Note that there is no physical product. Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image.

You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price. A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final piece - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications.

You may upload the commissioned piece on any website and social channels.

You may not alter the commissioned piece.

You may not make profits of any kind from the commissioned piece

The commissioner will not received a refund once I started working on the commission.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

You get a Sketch and/or final sketches that you must accept before I continue the work.

You get a Full-resolution file of the final piece in PNG, JPEG.

You can/may provide reference pictures for the commission.

If you want me to draw you / a familiar / a friend you have to provide me a reference picture.
